Digital Wallet Service and Experience Design Project

The project was established for Western Union's Turkey distributor. They wanted to expand their services to the fintech market, leveraging their expertise in money transfer services. Throughout the project, I conducted extensive research with branches and customers, presenting the insights through user journeys and user flows.  Please find all the detailed design processes in the presentation below, which I created for this project.

I created 2 advanced visualized journey maps to illustrate the process that a person goes through to accomplish specific goals in the project scope. Journey phases were also an important component in the creation process. I used Discover, Onboard, Set, Transaction, and Sustain stages.
