Loyalty program design

The objective of this project was to create a customer-centric loyalty programme that would enable customers to monitor their tier status, track points earned, and redeem rewards. The project was completed within three weeks. Once the design brief was issued, desk research was conducted to gain an understanding of the challenges with existing loyalty programmes and the current landscape of loyalty programmes in the food ordering industry. Three usability tests were conducted at the outset of the project using low-fidelity wireframes. The final design is presented below.
This design provides members with the number of points required for tier upgrade or retention, as well as the number of points currently available.
