Challenge
The challenge was to create a simple and engaging loyalty program in a short time frame while addressing the common pain points found in existing loyalty programs. These included issues with transparency, difficulty in tracking points, and unclear reward redemption processes. It was also essential to consider the competitive landscape of loyalty programs in the food ordering industry, ensuring that the final design offered a clear, user-friendly advantage.
Goal
The goal of the project was to design a loyalty program that was easy for customers to use, while providing clarity and transparency in terms of tier progression, points tracking, and reward redemption. By conducting desk research on the loyalty program landscape and testing low-fidelity wireframes through three rounds of usability testing, the project aimed to create a system that was both functional and customer-centric.
This design provides members with the number of points required for tier upgrade or retention, as well as the number of points currently available.
These desktop designs were an integral part of the project, ensuring that the loyalty program experience was consistent and user-friendly across all platforms, including desktop versions.
