xarvio Argentina Pricing Page Design

I was tasked with creating a brand-new pricing page for Xarvio Argentina to enhance its visual appeal and improve user experience, as no pricing page existed before. My solution addressed several issues by restructuring the content into a clearer, more user-friendly format that highlights the key features and pricing of each package.

Challenge

The provided PDF document contained detailed pricing information, but the structure and layout were not optimized for digital presentation. With multiple tables and a dense list of features, it was difficult for users to view and compare all the options at once. The challenge was to transform this content into a clean, visually appealing, and interactive format that improves readability and enhances user experience, while retaining the clarity and accuracy of the information.

Goal

Design a cohesive pricing page that simplifies complex information and presents it in a user-friendly format. The new layout should enable easy comparison between packages, highlight the benefits of each service, and incorporate features like tabbed menus to display different options effectively. The overall objective is to create a design that facilitates user decision-making and aligns with xarvio’s brand identity.

I started the design process by creating an eye-catching banner that sets the tone for the page, drawing users’ attention to Xarvio’s offerings and ensuring brand consistency throughout the page layout.

Process

The Paquete Básico was taking up too much space next to the paid versions, and its extensive list of features made it appear longer and more prominent than the other packages. To address this, I decided to list the Basic package separately, drawing more attention to the paid versions, which is contrary to the usual approach. Additionally, there was not enough space to display all six packages side by side, so I structured the layout to highlight the four main pricing options.

Since there was no clear direction on what content should be included on the pricing page, I conducted extensive desk research and communicated with the regional teams to understand the most frequently asked questions from their customers. Based on these insights, I designed a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section and curated the content accordingly. All the content placed on the page was a result of these interviews and the feedback gathered from the different countries.
